We are currently looking for "SUPPLY CHAIN RFQ SENIOR SPECIALIST" based in Bursa. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Min 5 years experience in supply chain operations (logistics, incoterms, packaging, cost analysis, warehouse operations, inventory management, etc.) preferably in the automotive industry
• Knowledge in transport (sea, air, train, and truck) and it's regulation
• Knowledge in logistics costing, finance, and international trade.
• Project management skills.
• Knowledge in Logistics-IT data flow (EDI, Web EDI, ASN, etc.)
• Strategic mindset to drive effective and sustainable solutions
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Knowledge of SAP modules and related optimization programs & tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Strong business partnership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced business environment
• Very good command of English
• Openness to new ideas
• No travel restriction

JOB DESCRIPTION

• In the processes from the nomination stage to the beginning of mass production ; Ensuring/maintaining the competitiveness of the company in terms of logistics with optimum cost analysis, lean information and material flows in all supply chain processes from suppliers to customers.
• Showing a proactive approach in order to ensure that RFQ returns to nomination in all RFQ Logistics works belonging to the Group.
• Analysing the investment needs for the project at the RFQ stage and to analysing the logistics-related investment activities (pallet, box, line feeding vehicle, warehouse, shelf, etc.) in the post-nomination process. Coordinating and reporting to the board of directors.
• Leading logistics investment (packaging, trolleys, warehouse, handling equipments etc.) activities through project stages.
• Preparation of annual logistics budget and distribution to stakeholders for the new projects.
• Clarification of logistics flows from tier-2 suppliers to OEMs.
• Capacity analysis for the warehouses and handling equipments for the new projects.
• Leading the logistics processes on behalf of Martur Fompak in project meetings between OEM, Martur Fompak and tier-2 suppliers during the transition from nomination to mass production.
• Clarifying the roles & responsibilities between the 3 parties by preparing the logistics protocol with OEM and tier-2 suppliers.
• Ensuring to complete packaging data sheets for new Project parts collaborated with related departments.
• Establishing systems (EDI integration) that can manage material and order flows with OEM and tier-2 suppliers in cooperation with “Intelligent Technologies” teams.
• Collaborating with factory logistics teams to enter system master parameters to be used in material procurement processes.
