We are looking for a Senior Financial Specialist with the qualilifications below:

Job Description

• Preparing Trade Receivables/Payables Aging reports,
• Processing bank entries and exits into the system on a daily basis,
• Recording all bank transactions,
• Preparation of cash flow reports daily basis,
• Performing legal processes such as IBKB and DAB dec. (TCMB) other duties with banks such as bank reguests.
• Ensure the local important invoices are paid in accordance with agreed supplier terms,
• Contribute to the efficient execution of the accounting department,
• Ensure Bank guarantee letters follow up including to supply all approvals from Legal, Treasury and Bank.
• Assist with monthly statuary reports and monthly closing activities,
• Recording, tracking and reporting of Bank loans and guarantee letters and leasing payments,
• Carrying out all tasks and reports related to financial accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferably with a degree in business administration, economics, econometrics, statistics or finance)
• Excellent command of English both verbal and written,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance,
• Ability to work and support cross-functionally,
• Ability to plan and meet deadlines with conflicting priorities,
• Strong ability to collect, analyze, interpret and report information,
• Proficient in advanced MS Office applications (especially Excel).
