Our client is one of the leading insurance companies. For its future development plans we are looking for a:

HR GENERALIST

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

-All functions of the human resources management including compensation & benefits, performance management, recruitment, career planning, learning & development, HR policies & procedures, HR related system development & process improvement, employee engagement activities, discipline & termination process and HR related reporting and benchmarking,
- Accurate and timely processing of all payroll functions, 
- Annual HR budget and forecasts, including preparation, regular monitoring and reporting,
- Performing official actions with Social Security Institution (SGK) and Turkish Employment Agency,
- Following-up vacations,
- Tracking medical absenteeism report and recording to SGK online site,
- Process development and improvement for related HR applications,
- Providing support for the annual compensation review process, the salary survey submissions (HAY) and market analysis in terms of company strategy.

İŞ TANIMI

- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related departments,
- Minimum 4 to 6  years of experince in core Human Resources areas with multinational experience,
- Professional knowledge of MS Office is required,
- Experience in HAY job evaluation methodology,
- Fluency in English; both written and spoken. We kindly ask you to send the CV in English,
- Expertise in Labor Law, Social Security and related legislations,
- Experience in payroll (preferably in a global company),
- Result-oriented, strong analytical and organizational skills, strong communication and high reporting skills,
- Good team player with strong problem solving skills,
- Flexible-ability to adapt to changing policies, procedures, priorities and/or work environments,
- Possesses project management experience. Be results, facts and figures oriented, accurate and numerate,
- Ability to work well under pressure, juggling multiple initiatives. Skilled in multitasking, organizing and prioritizing work,
- Ability to handle confidential information in an appropriate manner.
