QUALIFICATIONS


·         University degree,
·         7+ years of related experience with 2+ years in a managerial role
·         Direct marketing and digital marketing experience with demonstrated core competencies in database management, campaign analysis, profitability analysis, and customer behavior analysis in a consumer focused multichannel marketing environment.
·         Strong strategic planning, project management and organizational skills
·         In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and how they can be leveraged to achieve business goals
·         Strong analytical skills, including previous experience leveraging and assessing data for key consumer, brand, and competitive insights
·         Experience creating, implementing, measuring and reporting on campaign and content performance,
·         Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
·         Experience managing and developing a team, with experience onboarding to new social media management and listening platforms and social frameworks
·         Knowledge about the principles of SEO and how they apply to social content and digital asset distribution
·         Ability to consult and collaborate with a variety of different business partners

JOB DESCRIPTION


·         Develop, implement and optimize the company’s digital media strategy,
·         Plan and execute SEO/SEM campaigns working with internal teams to create, test, analyze, and optimize landing pages to drive traffic, maximize search engine rankings, improve conversion rates, and optimize user experience
·         Establish analytics processes for data collection and testing to identify trends and insights to provide recommendations for optimizing spend and performance
·         Measure and assess performance of all digital marketing campaigns
·         Develop new and creative growth strategies and evaluate emerging technologies and digital platforms to provide thought leadership and recommendations
·         Communicate campaign performance, insights, and opportunities with a focus on analysis and key performance metrics
·         Maintain an understanding of industry trends and provide relevant insights to the team as to how they might affect our websites, traffic, leads, etc.
·         Creates plans that identify and leverage appropriate digital media and channel for customer interaction, and/or engagement
·         Coordinates with marketing teams to ensure campaigns/ projects are consistent with a customer-centric strategy and channel capabilities
·         Maintain and evolve the company’s social media framework to ensure brand, legal and editorial guidelines and processes remain current, efficient and fully implemented across social content
