We are currently seeking an Investor Relations Manager to join our team with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or Engineering
• Min. 10 years of relevant experience in finance (equity research, corporate finance, transaction services, private equity) and/or investor relations
• Solid knowledge and understanding of capital markets legislation and IFRS reporting
• A strong understanding of financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors
• High proficiency in MS Office programs; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Proven analytical abilities and high level of organizational management skills
• Advanced level of presentation and reporting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain business relationships
• Pro-active, service-minded, pay attention to details and the ability to work both independently as well as in teams
• CMB Level 2 or 3 license, CMB Corporate Governance license (preferably)

Job Description

• Carrying out relations with SPK, BIST, MKK and other regulatory organizations
• Managing the Investor Relations website to ensure it is up to date with recent financial disclosures via KAP
• Coordinating transactions with the Trade Registry, the Central Registry Agency, and other governmental entities
• Preparing the integrated report, interim activity report, and other reporting in accordance with Capital Markets Legislation
• Managing ad-hoc requests from company top management team, shareholders and investors
• Following up on the committees' and board of directors' decisions
• Tracking performance, current and prospective investor interest and result-oriented metrics, analyzing financial data, industry trends and competitor behavior
• Preparation of communication materials, earnings announcements, investor presentations, conference call scripts
• Regularly sharing methods of analysis and key points to provide an insight to the comments of analysts
