Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to empower our team who will reach our new and potential stakeholders with new projects!

What are you going to do?;

• Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers
• Generate new leads, screen potential business opportunities
• Develop and implement overarching sales and business development strategy, 
• Manage both existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities
• Arrange business development meetings with prospective clients
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Prepare necessary documentation for the materials and products

 If you;

• Graduated from Chemical Engineering, Materials and/or Metallurgy Engineering departments with 2-3 years of experience preferably in the sales field, (MSc is a plus)
• Have successful track record in B2B, B2C sales and negotiation especially
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
• Hae working experience with sales techniques
• Can be a member of the team
• Result oriented
• Are well grounded in the customer necessities,
• Can perform multi-task projects,
• Have financial and commercial vision,
• Are familiar with the feasibility perspectives,
• Can prepare SWOT Analysis for projectsi
• No limitation to travel
• No military obligation for male candidates
