QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree (preferably Computer Engineering, MIS, Software Engineering, Informatics, Mathematics)
• Minimum 3 year of experience in business analysis or software project management
• Eagerness for research and improvement
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work and thrive in a team environment
• Ability to work within timescales and budgets, and to meet tight deadlines
• No military obligation for male candidates for at least 2 years
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To manage web based projects in time with requested quality and within the planned budget according to Nexum project management methodology
• To gather and organize information on problems, procedures, or requirements of customers
• To analyze data gathered and develop solutions and alternative methods of proceeding
• To determine and document business process flows and functional requirements
• To prepare detailed specification reports for software development team to develop necessary applications
• To prepare project plan, software requirements specification (SRS), budget of the potential project
• To control project budget, deadline and quality
