Export Sales Specialist

In this role, The Export Sales Representative will play a key leadership role in the development of our market strategy, growth plans and performance improvement. The Export Sales Representativewill supervise all sales activity within the region defined while achieving sales and marketing objectives

The ideal candidate is expected to have strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills and also ability to perform in a highly dynamic, fast pace environment which requires multitasking & correct prioritization.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Business Administation, Economics, Int. Trade, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of work experience in Sales
• Excellent command of English and/or German
• High interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and targets
• Pro-active, sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Team player and self-motivated
• Business focused
• Driving Licence
• No military service obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

The ideal candidate will be responsible from:

           Leading cross functional teaming initiatives to improve sales process and customer satisfaction.

• Selling products by introducing, promoting to prospect customers in responsible areas in order to achieve sales targets.
• Creating and developing a relevant market and customer portfolio.
• Reporting to the Sales Manager about all related sales operations, competitor’s activities and field operations.
• Managing all kinds of supportive sales activities necessary for customer relations processes.
