General Qualifications: 

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in management, marketing, economics, industrial engineering, electronics engineering, automation engineering or a related area from top-tier universities
• 5+ years' experience of working on a product management, marketing, or product development for KNX business
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Teamwork prone, strong communication and conflict management
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Have excellent decision making, follow-up, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively
• Overseas experience or work experience in a foreign company
• Good practical experience with Microsoft Office
• No obstacles for domestic and international travels

Job Description:

• Conducting market research that include surveys, desktop research, meetings with related parties, tracking trends and products
• Closely following up new technologies and methods to be utilized in new products
• Manage product strategy for segmentation, targeting and positioning (STP)
• Definition of new product roadmap and business strategies or improving existing products considering the market trends and customer needs
• Definition of in-house or ODM product specifications to be more competitive in the market and satisfy the customer requirements
• Feasibility studies for products in business strategy, identify opportunities in the market, provide price and profitability strategies, recommend improvements to increase revenue
• Actively leading ODM Product processes
• Closely following up product sales, profitability, and discounts to revise business strategies and preparing reports to inform top management
• Support to Promotional Tools: Reference Manuals, Product Leaflets, Catalogs, and Web Site
• Satisfying all product-related requests in a positive approach and polite manner
