• At least 3-5 years of Planning experience in FMCG is needed.

İŞ TANIMI

• Managing contract manufacturers (Rocco & 7 Days ) & Pepsico plant warehousing inventories for NPD with short (16-week) and long (4-12 Months) of sales forecasts of cycling SKUs.
• Adjusting the sales forecasts according to the month end closing expectations by weekly actual sales analysis to achieve minimum inventory levels & maximum order fill rate at the end of the month.
• Managing whole order and deployment process for Pepsico Snacks DC locations to supply service to sales and keep the correct inventory levels aligned by Finance department for managing CashFlow targets.
• Leading direct shipment process to distributors by daily order management for supporting aligned productivity targets.
• Tracking daily/weekly/monthly performance reports of Contract Manufacturers in line with confirmed SLA and work with Contract Manufacturing department to increase the performance of Contract Manufacturers for getting better service to sales results.
• Leading new product innovation and product transitions for Rocco & Chipita in Supply Chain and tracking performance results and making awareness in Commercial & Brand &Purchasing teams to supply correct launch date & avoid write-offs.
• Managing Crop inventories and give data support for new crop contracts.
• Affecting direct cash flow by managing inventory levels both in Pepsico locations and Contract Manufacturers plant with better forecasting converted to affective production/deployment plans which are SMART KPI parameters and is measured on monthly basis.
• Creating long term SKU level forecasts based on AOP/QCP plans with trend analysis for material planning & write-off management.
• Tracking Organized Trade insert calendar, converting them to production/deployment plans; SKU-location level supply & order management.
• Work with closely purchasing department and follow up Contract Manufacturers production performance and supply
• Work on JDA and develop forecasting for NPD products at the system to ıncrease FA
