• You have completed your apprenticeship or studies in the field of graphic or fashion design or have a comparable qualification.
• You have 4-5 years working experience.
• You have experience in project management and team management
• You speak English and Turkish fluently
• You have a good command of the various image processing and graphics programs such as (InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AVA, etc.) as well as the MS Office programs.
• You have experience in the fields of conception, creation, design, image editing and have an excellent colour sense. Good knowledge of design, graphic and interior trends.
• You have a technical knowledge of printing and production; preferably in gravure printing is advantageous.
• You are an open, communicative and team-oriented personality with organisational talent.
• You are committed, creative, reliable and independent.
• You enjoy a versatile task and keep an overview even in a dynamic working environment.

İŞ TANIMI

As Design Manager, you will ensure the provision of market leading wallpaper design.
You will strengthen our design team and be responsible for the implementation of design tasks. This includes various areas such as:

• Build market knowledge on interior and lifestyle trends
• Translating product briefing and trends into design concepts and designs for collections
• Create designs him/herself as well
• Developing different collections for different brands
• Presenting new collections/set-ups to product management and sales
• Approving final production parameters
• Manage department
