General Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or engineering
• Proven experience in a management role
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting
• Proficiency in English (German knowledge is preferably) 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Experience in renewable energy is a plus
