As Sephora Turkey, we are looking for a "Logistics Executive" to work in Supply Chain department, with the following skills and qualifications;

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail logistics,
• Knowledge of legal requirements for export and import operations,
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications, 
• Excellent command of verbal and written English,
• Strong analytical, factorial and qualitative technical skills,
• Team player, ability to think analytically, creativity, target & solution oriented,
• No travel restriction,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Day to day coordination of all logistics operations within the value chain to provide on time, cost effective and customer centric delivery of the demand,
• Ensuring that each step of the logistics chain is successfully executed, necessary documentation and process flow is prepared for next step for both international and domestic shipping,
• Controlling and leading warehouse delivery, labelling processes, maintenance and store shipment flow,
• Being responsible for all legislation around logistics processes and ensuring that Sephora supply chain processes are compliant with all related regulations,
• Being responsible for management of the technical officer in charge who coordinates and regulates all ministry of health related processes,
• Following up all processes around product delivery after demand planning, from controlling orders to registration in to the Ministry of Health Systems,
• Overseeing and controlling all third party personnel among logistics chain, including warehouse and logistics company workers,
• Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency,
• Working proactively with global teams and Supply Chain Director to review and implement standard processes and procedures around warehouse management,
• Preparing and following-up delivery schedule and reports,
• Participate in projects within Supply Chain Department.
