QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
For Siemens Turkey in Kartal, we are looking for an Events & Internal Communication Manager who will be responsible for developing and leading the strategy and plans of Siemens Turkey's Events & Sponsorships and Internal Communication.
The role will be responsible for developing the Events and Sponsorship program with the objective of increasing the brand image and awareness at all stakeholders. Events and Internal Communication Manager will develop and lead the internal communication program to ensure Siemens employees are more engaged, digitalized and customer focused with a high ownership culture.
- Bachelor Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, International Relations or other relevant fields.
- Good command of English both written and spoken. German will be an asset.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant field.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively.
- Event management and/or Internal communication experience at corporate companies.
- Team management experience.
- Curious personality, information seeking, willing to learn more.
- Ability to work with high level management.
- No restriction for travelling.

- Develop and manage the annual Events& Sposnsorships communication strategy of the company.
- Coordinate and run the E&S activities of the company.
- Collaborate with relevant functions for executional excellence.
- Track competitors’ activities and ensure necessary action plans are developed proactively.
- Closely follows the global developments in the sector and of Siemens globally and develops recommendations.
- To ensure high quality outcome from event agencies.
- Develop and lead the internal communication strategy of Siemens Turkey.
- Develop and manage the internal communication program to cover all Siemens employees; white and blue collar.
- Closely track employee feedback and adapt plans accordingly.
- Track the performance thru research.
- Close collaboration with HR colleagues.
- Develop and manage the annual E&S an Internal comms budgets and ensure to be within budget.
