As Strategic Partnership Development Manager, you will have a role for analysing current sales performance of insurance partners and following company KPI's that requires a unique business sense, a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality. It takes someone who should have a strong analysis know how and communication skills, also thinks like a management executive.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Industrial Engineering or other related disciplines from a reputable university
• Preferably have a master degree in similar fields
• 7 years or more of experience in data analysis & reporting
• Experience in Telecom, Insurance or Banking industry
• Experience in Stakeholder Management
• In-depth knowledge of SQL
• Having strong Data and Market Analysis, Communication and Presentation skills
• Ability to set clear targets and develop plans and objectives to achieve those targets

Your Role:

• Building and maintaining data analysis & reporting layers.
• Management and monitoring of personel KPI's
• Creating periodic and ad hoc reports and analysis to follow company KPI's.
• Active participation in recent/upcoming projects, supporting business development and system development processes.
• Developing new reports to meet needs.
• Monitoring the performance of products related to the data analysis performed, identifying areas of development and opportunities.
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Conducting market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
• Preparing Executive Committee detailde presentations
