MAIN TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

- Very good knowledge of SIP protocol, services and call flows

- Good knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/IMS network system interfaces and protocols

- Good knowledge in IMS architecture and elements: HSS, P/S/I-CSCF, SBCs

- Solid knowledge and understanding of Ethernet and TCP/IP networks and protocols: TCP/UDP/IP

- Have a good knowledge of Linux OS

- Knowledge or previous experience in working with virtualization platforms: VMWare, KVM

- Able to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment

- Excellent communication skills: English and Turkish - verbal and written

- Communicate clearly and effectively with peers, customers and management

 ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

 - Configuration and installation of communication equipment and specialized software for carrier and enterprise solutions

- Technical maintenance and support of core voice and data solutions implemented by Smartcom Turkey

- Design, deploy, configure and test customer solutions end-to-end

- Troubleshoot and document technical issues

- Support lab infrastructure including upgrades, patching and issues reproduction

- Provide subject matter expertise as required

- Communicate on a project basis with solution partners and vendors

- Document and communicate in detail all interactions with the customer

- Customer consulting and communication with partners for troubleshooting and tracking of technical issues

- Develop configuration and maintenance procedures

- Collaboration with the team members on various deployment approaches, issues and challenges

- Accidents management

 VALUE ADDS:

- Experience in any container management platform

- Hands-on experience related to installing, configuration and maintenance of voice and data systems: SBCs, gateways, specialized software, monitoring systems,

- Ability to understand and analyze Wireshark traces for identifying SIP (and others) internetworking problems

- Experience with any voice and/or data systems - Diameter knowledge is a plus

- Bachelor degree in telecommunications or computer science

- Experience in Linux OS system administration

- Database (MySQL, Oracle or other) administration knowledge

- Understanding of and hands-on experience with network routing & switching

- Any experience in cloud and container technologies: Docker, K8s is a plus

- CCNA or other similar certificate(s) is a plus

- Driving license is a plus
