We are looking for an intern to join us at an exciting time of growth within our Management Consulting team. Working cross functionally you will be supporting Communication Services and Reporting& Analytics Services on Marketing Automation & Insight Generation activities on multiple business domains.

Key responsibilities;

• Support External Communication activities targeting Sony customers and Internal Communication activities targeting employees of Sony Corporation
• Support research activities across different business domains, e.g. customer experience, HR, etc.
• Support Quality Assurance processes for the Marketing Automation & Insight Generation activities
• Support in preparing monthly and quarterly reports, dashboards
• Assist in evaluating digital performance channels (e.g. e-mails)
• Respond to employee/manager enquiries in a timely manner
