FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

• Prepare and present detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to upper management.
• Manage all bank accounts the group of companies globally.
• Oversee financial aspects of strategic planning and budgeting.
• Prepare and submit financial reports for each company.
• Manage cash flow planning and present weekly updates.
• Collaborate closely with external regions to resolve financial issues.
• Lead company-wide accounts receivable collections efforts.
• Compile consolidated earning management reports.
• Prepare and submit financial instruments such as bid bonds, performance bonds, and letters of credit.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience (at least 5 years) in financial management, accounting, or a similar role in multinational companies.
• Strong expertise of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in English.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
