Key accountabilities 

• Responsible for accurately process guest transactions, including receiving payments and providing change. 
• Provide total amount due to the guest and accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, gift cards, or mobile payments.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, counting back change accurately.
• Process discounts, coupons, or promotional offers according to restaurant policies.
• Reconcile cash drawer with sales totals, ensuring accuracy in accounting.
• Prepare deposit for any cash collected, following restaurant procedures.

• Minimum 1 year accounting experience in hospitality- food & beverage environment.
• Knowledge of accounting procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity is required. Outgoing, flexible, detail oriented.
