Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and report monthly, quarterly and annual results as well as the variances accompanied by quality commentary on all material items
• Regularly monitor financial reports of the logistics centers with the participation of relevant headquarters teams to ensure Group assets are effectively managed
• Analyzes any significant variances in budget & forecast and operating results to ensure the accuracy of our financials and to initiate the corrective or the improvement actions, as needed
• Provides required annual / monthly financial reporting, budgeting & forecasts, analysis, internal controls and balance sheet review processes
• To make necessary controls and improvements by conducting process audits in accounting transactions
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams and leading complex financial reporting projects.
• Execution and maintenance of effective internal controls
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Drives annual operating cost budgeting process in coordination with cost center owners
• Synchronize and monitor the closing with accounting team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Industrial or Management Engineering 
• 4+ years work experience in auditing, controlling and FP&A experience (2-3 years’ experience in Big 4 is an asset)
• Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), SMMM, or equivalent professional qualification is a plus.
• Proven ability to handle multiple strategic tasks in a deadline-oriented environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Good understanding of IFRS reporting, experience in cost and financial controlling preferred
• Able to work with remote teams and effectively communicates with both Finance & Non-Finance stakeholders
• Experience with creating financial statements.
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications and excellent knowledge of Excel
• Proficiency in English
