We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented teammate to join us as a "Financial Reporting Supervisor" within the Financial Planning and Analysis Department. The position is located in Menemen, Izmir.

What will be your contributions:

• Preparation of Monthly Financial Pack and presentation to the Headquarters, with variance analysis
• Leading budgeting, forecasting and month end closing processes for her/his objects of control
• Coordinating/taking part in expense and material cost controlling
• Not only reporting but also exploring the improvement potentials that will lead to improvement of financial results
• Partnering with Global Program Management for scenario analysis and customer quotations
• Supporting and guiding the operations team through financial reporting
• Actively participating in Process improvement/automatization initiatives in global/local reporting environment
• Being a strong team member for TPI's growth globally

What will be the determinant:

• Bachelor’s degree from a university in related departments
• Min. 8 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in Production Sector
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint
• EPBCS, SmartView experience is an asset
• Experience in Oracle R12 preferred
• Active use of English both written and verbal
• Experience in PowerBI based reporting is an asset
• Strong communication skills to facilitate cooperation reaching to results
• Self-motivated, able to take initiative and proceed
• Experience to work with strict deadlines
• Will be part of a strong and firm team
