QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: Developer-Marketing and Product Strategy

Working Type / Location: Full-time, Ankara

Working Model: Hybrid


What are the responsibilities of this role?

• Follow up closely market trends, new technologies, competitors and business opportunities

• Follow the developments in the field and prepare reports

• Manages the negotiation process with internal and external stakeholders

• Works in coordination with other functions such as R&D, Sales and Marketing

• Analyzing and expanding business operations towards sustained growth

• Identifying and developing new lines of business based on consumer behavior with Periodical Dealer/Customer Visits

• Identifying new business development opportunities and growth initiatives while thoroughly assessing macro and sector specific developments


What are the general qualifications required for this role?

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Communication, Economics or Administrative Sciences

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing, automotive sector is preferred

• Good command of English

• Good knowledge of MS Office programs

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills

• Good follow-up skills, strong organizational and co-ordination skills
