• Experience in min. one of the following areas: Sales, Marketing, HR, Logistic or Finance domain
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Result-focused and customer-oriented,
• SAP know-how and Good knowledge about retail sector
• Analytical thinking, result and quality oriented approach, self-determination and good communication skills are required competencies
• Solution-oriented, relationship management, and collaboration skills, have high energy, business/result-oriented and strong communication skills , teamwork skills
• Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups
• Very good command of written and spoken English,
• Knowledge and experience MS Office, Project, Visio applications,
• Holding a valid PMI and/or Prince2 credentials preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• No millitary obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Introduction and application of Project management methods and tools (Setup of IT PMO); Implement project standards across all projects in the portfolio
• Plan, organize, monitor and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Works closely and effectively with the Project Sponsor, Project Owners and project resources to facilitate decisions and resolve issues necessary for the best project delivery
• Support business for a successful process management programme where continuous process improvement results are achieved.
• Perform business impact analysis for new IT projects to assist in making business decisions related to system implementation, modification,
• Work closely with business to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows, deploy metrics to monitor solution effectiveness
• Redesigning processes to increase operational excellence, Define measureable criteria and outcomes for each performance improvement effort to clearly identify and measure success
• Analyze existing processes with an eye toward identifying gaps, non-value added steps, and other impediments to efficient operation
• Lead process redesign workshops
• Development of clear and detailed IT process maps and business requirements
