Viking Services is a fully integrated service company serving the oil, natural gas and geothermal sectors to become the most reliable service company in the Turkish, Middle East, North African and European markets. Viking Services seeks a full-time employee for the Tender and Contracts Specialist position.

Duties and Responsibilities (Including QHSE) 

• Responsible for managing both drilling rigs and energy services tenders/proposals both in Turkey and global and work along with all relevant stakeholders to determine the scope of services and coordinate the development of the execution strategy to be offered within each tender. 
• Receives ITTs or RFQs from clients, prepare BAR and share with BD managers, distribute the tender documents to relevant stakeholders, review tender/proposal deliverables provided by other departments, have the approvals from related units and suggest amendments as necessary to maintain a structured a seamless proposal without conflict. 
• Work closely with the operation teams and services to ensure that all requirements of the tender/proposal are covered and tendering processes are followed. 
• After having the final approvals from related parties, oversee the complete submission through to delivery to the client. 
• Ensuring the client’s questions are addressed and post-bid clarifications answered in a timely manner. 
• Conduct and track the contractual correspondence. Monitoring the consistency of contractual liability. 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS 

• Minimum of 5 years verifiable experience as Tender & Contracts Specailist
• Work experience in an international and diverse cultural environment 
• Strong troubleshooting and problem identification skills 
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal relations, communication and management skills 
• Ability to handle multiple tasks on a daily basis and to follow-up on all tasking to completion 
• Ability to claim and accept ownership of processes, and to provide appropriate leadership when called upon tender. 
• Technical or Vocational Education & Training (Including HSE) 
• Possess a graduation degree or equivalent 
• Be fluent in spoken and written English 
• Proficient computer skills in office software and company proprietary software
