QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Engineering degree (preferably in Environmental Engineering)
Excellent Command of English
At least 1-3 years of experience in the Health& Safety and/or Environmental Management
Minimum C Class Occupational Safety Certificate (CASGEM) of T.C. Ministry of Labour
Able to work in fixed term.(8 months)

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Health & Safety, Environment and Wellbeing Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Health&Safety Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

Develop, maintain and facilitate implementation of Health & Safety Program in Vodafone Turkey which is consistent with Vodafone Group strategy and local requirements
Develop, maintain and facilitate implementation of the Health & Safety Awareness Activities to improve awareness of the employees
Prepare the Health & Safety performance reports and presentations
Manage the purchasing processes based on Health & Safety with Supply Chain Management
Follow up and report the realization of the Health &Safety Budget in line with approved annual plan
Manage the waste management system according to the Environmental Legislation
Prepare the related part of the VFTR ‘s Sustainability Report based on Environment and Health & Safety
Develop, maintain and facilitate implementation of the Health & Safety Communication Plan according to the VF Group Strategy
Develop and facilitate the Health & Safety Day Activities that aim to improve the H&S awareness of the employees
Manage the related cooperation with the PR team to develop the internal webpage for H&S
Ensure that VFTR’s HSEW documentation in line with the VF Group Standards and Local HSEW Legislation
Support the HSW team on the management of the Contractor HSW System
Manage the purchasing process of the personnel protective equipment in line with the VF Group and international standards.
Develop, maintain and facilitate implementation of Health & Safety trainings in line with local regulations.
