Purpose of Role: 

Project Management Assistant provides support to METCA Project Management Team in all aspects. 

Successful contract fulfilment within the METCA region is the primary goal of the function. The ability to adapt to the various internal procedures of the client and to form close links with the nominated representatives, is essential in ensuring that the key issues of cost, time, quality, scope and above all, client satisfaction, can be realized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support METCA Project Management Team for SAP inputs, outputs, deliveries, invoicing, and other aspects when it is necessary.
• Manage SAP PS activities.
• Regular check of order intakes, OPD dates ,output reports for managed orders.
• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• University Degree from Engineering
• Fluent English, any other language is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good analytical and planning skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
