İŞ TANIMI
- Responsible for the vendor operation consisting of 3 sales channels and 6 Teams
- Implementing strategies and targets of advertising service product for SMB segment in Turkey and 16 other countries in MENA region
- Overseeing the performance management of whole operation
- Designing bonus & incentive systems
- People management & coordination by tracking KPI's and taking necessary actions for profitability for all stakeholders
- Budgeting processes
