Brand Manager

• BS or MS degree in related departments (preferably Business Administration, Economics, Marketing)
• At least 5 years of Brand Management, B2B Sales, Product Management and Marketing experience,
• Excellent communications skills,
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Self-driven and ability to work independently, start-up spirit and hands-on attitude,
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast paced work environment,
• Budget-management skills and proficiency,
• Strong research, analytical and problem solving skills.

İŞ TANIMI

• Playing a key part in the buying, sourcing and manufacturing processes related with the brand,
• Managing all forecasts, sales targets and operations for all import process of the brand,
• Establishing best product range annually to fit for the market requirements,
• Supports the process of product development, packaging, pricing, positioning of the products related to the brand,
• Managing all aspects of the brand through the supply chain and dealer points,
• Communicate with sales team and report all commercial activities.
• Establishing performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales forecasts
• Working closely with all related departments (sales, finance) in our company to ensure the realization of commercial goals,
• Carrying out the reporting of all related KPIs to senior management
• Coordinates preparation of market analyses, price analyses and consumer research
• Executes the advertising and supports creating campaigns, promotions and indoor & outdoor activities to increase the market share,
• Executes the marketing plan, annual budget and communication/media plan for the brand.
