QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Strategic Planning Manager" to take part in our Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations Department.
· Monitoring the Bank’s financial performance via in-depth measurement and analysis of results; creating effective reporting to initiate discussions regarding potential corrective actions
· Sustainably monitoring and reporting on local/global banking sector financial performance and preparing detailed benchmarking analysis
· Supporting management by creating presentations, speeches and outlines, performing market-analysis and monitoring sector/macro trends and company news
· Conducting reviews of the financial and business implications of strategic options and preparing related presentations for the management
· Executing detailed analysis regarding impacts of regulatory/macro changes as well as sensitivity/feasibility analysis
· Formulating long-term forecasts for the banking sector to support the Bank’s budget/strategic plan process
· Providing all relevant internal counterparties with the relevant strategic and financial data sets to ensure they effectively formulate and track the effectiveness of their strategies
- 5-7 years of working experience in Strategy, Finance or related areas
- University degree from a reputable university
- Excellent financial, analytical and organisational skills
- Strong written/presentation skills with the ability to make complicated concepts simple and easy to understand
- High results orientation and bias toward action
- Ability to lead complex processes with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and also be a team-player
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Experience in managing a team
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to comfortably operate with and influence management
- Willingness and a strong desire to learn
- Flexible working hours
- Fluency in both written and verbal English
