We are looking for Logistic Planning Supervisor  for our engineering office in YKHT -( HUB Turkey), Tuzla- İstanbul.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
• Monitor customer service representatives’ performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Prepare and analyze customer service reports
• Foster an environment of collaboration and teamwork among customer service representatives
•  Maintaining raw material flow required for continuity of plant production in all locations (production, warehouses, quality and shipping areas) by keeping in touch with the relevant departments. 
•  Checking the material levels of logistics hub & manufacturing plants , completing the deficiencies and informing the relevant departments about the materials with increasing stock levels. 
•  Responsible of material allocation among the customers
•  Reporting to customer service manager about the problems experienced in material flows 
•  Closed communication with customers
• Forecast monitoring at YDM level and claim potential risks with needed actions  

 Qualifications:

• Has a Bachelor's Degree from related departments (industrial engineering, business management etc.)
• Has 4 years of previous experience in customer service and planning team
• Advance SAP Knowledge (PP, MM modules, EWM preference)
• Checking and updating SAP material master data and defining MRP parameters for materials
• Has an excellent command of written and spoken English
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Able to motivate and mentor customer service representatives
• Will be able to reside in Istanbul Anatolian Side,
• Good command of MS Office programs
• No military obligation for male candidates
