Qualifications

• Performing, interpreting and reporting of breakdown analysis that occur in its shift
• Taking action, implementation and follow-up in order not to repeat of breakdown that occur
• Preparation of shift report about the breakdown that occurred in the shift
• To register of stops and spare parts consumption to the SAP system and maintain the functionality of the system. Implementation and follow-up of suggestions and improvements in planned maintenance, Implementation and follow-up of suggestions and improvements on breakdown / repair
• Planning and controlling the TPME training and activities.
• Implementation and reporting of all kaizen and TPME actions of production machines and equipment
  
• To be performed, tracked and reported of efficiency checks related to kaizen studies 
• Technical units and suppliers in Europe to carry out the activities related to the technical department and to report when necessary.
• To conduct activities related to quality
