• At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Good command of English
• Ability to use design software and Microsoft Office Programs at an advanced level
• Good command of problem-solving techniques

Qualifications

• Organize the planned production and realize the production in accordance with the requirements of quality & productivity & discipline & 5S principles in accordance with the production plan,
  
• Examine the production plan that are published for the next week, make capacity analysis and adjustments, to determine the need for personnel, to produce & follow up according to the plan and to examine the details with foremen,
  

• Follow,  develop and take measures for the compliance of the operators with absenteeism & quality & efficiency & discipline & 5S & waste & defect indicators

• Implementing NPT preventive activities studies to be attended by team leader and operators,
  

• Providing coordination of technical information about existing or new projects that are required to be transmitted to the lines and applied in all shifts
  

• Preparing and publishing the shift plan of the next week's production lines Productivity & Efficiency & DPU / PPM

• Detection and elimination of nonconformities related to the product in production,

• Achieving the company's overall quality, efficiency and cost targets
