We are looking for an ERP Support Specialist / Assistant Specialistfor YILDIRIM Holding to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience with Navision or similar ERP systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Navision systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure exceptional Navision support
• Participate actively in rollout projects and offer daily operational support for the Navision system
• Recommend enhancements and improvements to the Navision system
• Manage updates and patches for the Navision software, ensuring optimal functionality
• Conduct user training sessions to educate on Navision system usage
• Develop integrations and customizations for the Navision system as required
