We are looking for an "SAP Module Expert" to be based in YILDIRIM Technology, Maslak Office. 
 

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, and/or equivalent department,Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, and/or equivalent departments,

• Written and oral fluency in English is a must,

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Modules ( HR / BI / SD / PP-MM ) is a must,

• Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies, experience of key integration points between SAP modules and experience in consultancy is highly preferable,

• Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations,  

• Must be able to work independently as well as a team player,

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships,

• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills for effective decision making,

• No domestic or international travel restriction, ability to be highly mobile,

• Willingness to work in multicultural environments and global projects,

• Reside in European side of Istanbul is preferred,

• No military service obligation (for male candidates only).

İŞ TANIMI

• Convert business requirements to application specific functional design and define clear test plans,

• Facilitate the implementation, roll-outs and support of necessary SAP Module to YILDIRIM Holding companies to enhance the Business Units' functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction,

• Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the business units and recommend/develop solutions to meet their need in a timely manner, 

• Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP modules/products to business units (including super users),

• Provide guidance to analysts and developers in terms of customer expectations and defined standards,

• Monitor and control resource allocation with support from respective business partners,

• Acts as liaison with the business unit for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve any problems and map out business requirements, legal follow-ups, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy the needs accordingly.
