QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Yılmaden Holding, established in 2014, is the metals and mining division of Yıldırım Group of Companies, a fast-growing industrial conglomerate based in Istanbul, Turkey. At Yılmaden, we work together across all business units located in 8 different countries with one objective that is extracting the valuable minerals such as chromite from the ground and turn it into ferroalloys, chrome metals and chemicals.

We are looking for a Senior HR Analytics and Reporting Specialist  to be assigned at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields
  • Professional experience as a consultant in HR and/or Planning and Management departments of local or international companies
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources Data Analytics and Reporting
  • Good knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors is preferred
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Advanced knowledge of Excel.)
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, proactive, teamworking, communication, and data-driven thinking skills

 

Requirements:

  • Control the data on SAP HR and SuccessFactors and improve data quality
  • Cooperate with subsidiaries to implement Yılmaden’s standarts and requirements
  • Work with IT teams in the development of the HR Dashboard system
  • Create reports for HR metrics and conduct their analysis
  • Prepare and develop new reports in line with Company or Holding requirements and transfer them to the Dashboard
  • Take part in the studies as part of HR analytics
  • Have advanced proficiency in all items and components of personnel’s cost structure and compensation
  • Manage the costs and functions of the HR budget
  • Prepare an annual draft, reviewing on a quarterly basis
  • Analyze deviations between the actual costs and the budget and report their causes
  • Play a key role in the budget process
  • Develop policies, guidelines, and communications for wages, benefits, and compensation
  • Manage the entire HR database, issuing and preparing specific reports that might be internally requested on-site and are regularly required for internal reviews (mid-year and year-end reviews)
