University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Logistics Management
Experience of at least 2-5 years of similar roles in supply chain.
Intermediate/Advance in English for both oral and written communication.

Creating daily purchase orders and following up process of critical goods, Managing and following up import and export processes and taking necessary actions to finalize the imports on the time, Coordinately working with Finance, Quality, Marketing and Sales departments and building up effective communication, Management consignment optimization and following/determining the safety stocks, Managing back-order controls among warehouses, Keeping the sales and stock level in balance by following the order and product deliveries, Organizing shipment of importing and exporting goods and all processes in order to avoid from any delivery problem, Coordinate delivery of surgical products repairs to service providers, Following, reporting and creating systems to improve stock and shipment performance, Supervise employee safety procedures so they are implemented correctly, Continuously monitor and systematical control SAP proper functioning, Electronically approve new rotating kits requests using SAP, Handle products in quarantine due to quality problems, Prepare warehouse performance indicators and preparing instrument efficiency report, Collaborate with inventories as requested, Awareness of industry trends and developments in medical device import/export compliance Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage a number of time sensitive work streams/projects concurrently, and work effectively in a complex, rapidly changing environment
