• University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics and/or related disciplines,
• Should have at least 5+ years experince in a similar role for a multinational and EPC industry,
• Prior experince within Power Generation, Energy and/or Utility industry,
• Regional experience working on projects in the Middle East,
• Excellent communication, leadership and management skills,
• Strong interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills,
• Broad knowledge of business operations and ability to implement and lead organizational change effectively,
• Knowledge of legal business practices and concerns related to contract and claim management,
• No military obligation for male candidates,

Zorlu Energy Group, which continues to grow with its expert employees in different fields, is looking for a"Assistant Contract Manager" who will be responsible for the management of multi-national EPC contractors in Energy, Oil and Gas sector, which will add value with ideas and experiences in the framework of the following job description.

• To assist  the Project Managers, Proposal Managers and the other members of the Project Team in handdling with the contractually relevant matters,
• To participate in the negotiation and finalization of contract amendments, supported by the Contract Negotiator as required,
• To write, review, analyze, modify and negotiate contract,
• To draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including: consortium agreements, turnkey agreements, exclusivity agreements, settlement agreements, master/frame/alliance agreements, parts/service agreements, modification and upgrade agreements, long term parts/services agreements, non-disclosure agreements, letters of intent, letters of agreement, memorandum of understandings, changes existing agreements, re-negotiations of existing contracts, claim management and other contractual documents,
• To facilitate contractual risk management, identify, track, and minimize the risks associated with the particular contract, including potential impact on the organization, its goals and external relationships,
• To identify the contractual provisions which must be transferred to subcontractors and convey such provisions to the Project Subcontracting Manager/Coordinator in order to finalize the Project Special Subcontracting Conditions,
• To identify the contractual provisions which must be transferred to vendors and convey such provisions to the Project Procurement Manager/Coordinator in order to finalize the Special Purchase Conditions,
• To establish pre-contract strategies in the earlier stage of Proposal.
