QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now taking applications for Corporate Finance Long Term Intern in our Deal Advisory team.

Qualifications:

Senior year/master's student or bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; preferably with a Finance concentration.
Strong research and financial analysis skills.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Applications, and specifically of Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent command of English.
Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of motivation, commitment, and dedication and attention to detail.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn.
Able to attend at least 3 days in a week for 3 months.

Job Description:

Support deal teams as appropriate with research and analysis.
Presentation skills in pitching and negotiating the project results as well as documentation capabilities.
Draft and prepare marketing materials (e.g., pitch books, corporate profiles, market data/analyses).
Good at financial analysis, reading financial tables of a company and identifying KPIs of various sectors.
Able to challenge complex business plan models.
