"CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER"
who wants to be part of a dynamic and challenging environment of a major multinational company.
 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor"s Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 4 years of full project management experience
• Construction knowledge about industrial buildings, experience in Retail and in building maintenance systems are preferred
• Excellent knowledge of Project Management principles, methods, tools and techniques
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) 
• Demonstrable experience managing external and internal clients
• Strong interpersonal and leaderships skills
• Oral and written presentation skills
• Time and budget management knowledge
• Ability to work with cross-functional team work

İŞ TANIMI

• Along with the expansion team, establish the scope and the objectives of the Project, negotiation with 3rd party investors
• Responsible for Preparing & controlling construction budget, execution control for investments
• Lead and manage project firms and ensure success of the design process according to company standards with the design team
• Chairs any design progress meetings with internal and external cross-functional teams
• Responsible for the overall planning of time management of  the Project
• Responsible for the tender and contract management of the Project
• Coordinate project management companies & subcontractors during the construction process
• Lead and control all construction process
• Organize weekly site  coordination meetings
• Will prepare and issue monthly progress report
• Responsible for the execution of Project standards according to Company Standards
• Responsible for Hand Over process of the Store to the Operation Department
