QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or management related disciplines, MBA or master’s degree in human resources is preferred
- Minimum 4 years of human resources experience, preferably in a Manufacturing company
- Having experience and know-how in lean management and continuous improvement
- Preferably have a good knowledge on labor law
- Partnership approach and openness for change
- Positive and effective team player with strong communication skills
- Analytical thinking, paying attention to details
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and accomplish tasks on a timely manner
- Self-disciplined and motivated
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- No travel restriction

The Role
We are currently seeking a senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), who will be responsible to all core human resources processes for two manufacturing units and support central HR team.
This is a challenging and hands-on HRBP position that supports two manufacturing plants through partnering and driving the implementation of all HR processes (recruiting activities; salary and hourly, performance management, succession planning etc.) and initiatives by promoting a result oriented and performance driven culture.
