QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


*6-7 years experience on management of BIS Teams
*6-7 years experience on applying PLM and other Project Management Disciplines
*6-7 years experience on IT Vendor Management and Financial Management.
*Educated to degree level (BS) or holds an equivalent professional qualification.
*Specialized training related to the position (i.e. ITIL certification, Project Management Certification)
*Proven success & demonstrable skills in Project Management
*Should demonstrate knowledge and successful application of the principles, methods, techniques and tools of the effective management of projects from initiation through to implementation.
*Experience in managing IT related business projects which involve multiple activities and streams of people from both IT and business teams.
*Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
*Familiarity with tracking metrics, scorecards and dashboards preferred
*PMP certification of benefit, but not essential.
*The ability to use automated tools to assist in the project management process, by automating mechanical tasks such as scheduling, resource balancing, and time recording e.g. Microsoft Project
*Financial accountability for project expenditure, both Capital & Expense · Interpersonal Skills
*Strong relationships with Business/IT teams at all levels, with a diverse range of specialisation.
*Ability to effectively facilitate discussion and debate between senior business managers in order to achieve consensus on areas of disagreement.
*Demonstrates the ability to motivate and influence teams and individuals with whom there is no direct or indirect management responsibility.
*Demonstrates effective communication, both orally and in writing, with subordinates, colleagues, clients and customers at all levels, both formally and informally.

İŞ TANIMI

 

  • Takes responsibility for the definition, documentation and execution of multiple medium sized projects or single large projects, actively leading all phases of the project.
  • Ensure that all activities comply with relevant Operating model procedures, including Service Management, Project Lifecycle Methodology (PLM) and Global Control Standards. · Owns overall responsibility for Project Delivery that is On-Schedule, within Budget and delivers an outcome that is outlined in the approved Scope.
  • Effectively estimates and manages costs, timescales and resource requirements
  • Proactively escalates Risks & Issues to the Transformation / Program Manager and facilitates dialog that addresses complicated project level issue
  • Responsible to communicate project status to relevant stakeholders, steering committee, executive sponsor, and project team
  • Provides leadership to project teams (BA's, Infrastructure Analysts, Solution Designers, Service Delivery etc.), ensuring that stretching business objectives are set and achieved and that people objectives are fully supported.
  • Coaches and mentors project teams, and performs Project On-Board and side by side coaching with new contractors and employees.
  • Ensures that projects are closed out and, where appropriate, subsequently reviewed, and that lessons learned are captured and actioned.
  • Produces appropriate documentation to support these processes.
  • Reports and maintains key information on the current status of all projects and provides project visibility to Region/Sector business and BIS management and PMO teams in a common and consistent manner.
  • Lends Project Management expertise to other projects to ensure the smooth implementation of the entire IT Project Portfolio. Plays a key role in the establishment and development of Project Methodology processes and tools
