QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Reed Turkey, ultimately serves employers and jobseekers across 12 specialisms. Reed Turkey is looking for an 'Maintenance Engineer' for it's international company that operates in automotive sector in Izmir.
- University degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Good knowledge of maintenance techniques (TPM, PM).
- Minimum 2 years experience in “Maintenance” area preferably in automotive industry.
- Having project planning, management and reporting skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written in English.
- Autocad and SAP PM knowledge is a plus.
- Analytic mind set with ability to solve complex problems.
- Ability for leading the change and overcoming possible resistance.
İŞ TANIMI
- Preparing the PM and TPM plans, specifications, leading and following up the related activities and teams.
- Prioritizing emergency breakdowns and verifying the reasons and corrective actions.
- Coordinating and managing spare parts warehouse.
- Participating in the continuous improvement activities.
- Collaborating with Quality Systems team in defining the procedures of maintenance area.
- Collaborating with relevant departments in budget and reporting activities.

Less than 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
