We are currently looking for Method & Process Engineer candidates for our plant in İzmir where we produce kitchen appliances.
Required Background:
•Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
•Minimum 2 years of experience
•Analytical and quantitative thinking capabilities
•Result oriented team player with excellent interpersonal skills
•Previous process control and improvements experience
•Proficient with SPC software/tools
•Articulate with ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
•Self-starter change agent / passion and desire for continues improvement
•Comprehensive view on world class Best Practices
•Good command of written and verbal English
•Good command of MS Office applications
•No military obligation for male candidates
•Living in İzmir
 

İŞ TANIMI

Essential duties and responsibilities include:
•Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods and processes and documents the results of these efforts
•Confers with all departments regarding product design, specification and tooling to ensure efficient production methods
•Determines critical process properties according to product specifications
•Develops and maintains manufacturing process inspection methods
•Performs Process FMEA studies and develops control plans
•Provides detailed written operating instructions for operators and supervisors regarding product manufacture
•Works with Quality Control on resolving non conformities impacting product performance or manufacturability
