QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a trainee in the Information Risk Management (IRM) team of Sony Europe for the duration of 1 year. The trainee is expected to work a minimum of 3 days per week. The trainee will be located in the Istanbul office.
The trainee is expected to take care of below listed tasks:
The trainee is expected to take care of below listed tasks:
- Handling the administration of the Computer Based Training (CBT) course enrollment to the development teams across Sony Europe such as:
- Assigning courses to the teams
- Assisting the registrants with their queries
- Generating course completion reports periodically
- Following up the course attendance progress
- Supporting the project managers in below activities:
- Administrative project management activities such as generating different types of project reports, maintaining project documentation.
- Configuring the Online Project Management tool.
- Creating and maintaining the Team Collaboration site for Project Management.
İŞ TANIMI
The ideal candidate should fulfill below qualifications:- MIS student or newly graduate
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Good communications skills both written and spoken
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Experience in MS Office tools – especially Excel
- Familiarity to any project management tool
- Experience in MS SharePoint and Outlook is a plus
Preferred Candidate
Less than 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Student), Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
