• Leads and coaches a team of 6 Process and Project Consultants.
• Develop, maintain, implement and communicate project plans, business process architecture and process governance framework
• Manage client and/or internal cross functional teams responsible for delivering complex project outcomes.
• Uses functional expertise to clarify assignments and deliverables; mentor stakeholders in project lifecycle management, and manages the integration of stakeholders work.
• Implements continuous improvement plans, including post project evaluations.
• Communicates project status, issues and risks to appropriate management.
• Create and maintain a detailed description of business processes by modelling process activities, responsibilities, systems, risks and controls using recognised process notations.
• Define a structure of business process metrics and subsequently measure, monitor and report on process performance.

İŞ TANIMI

• University degree essential and Master’s degree would be an asset.
• In total min. 8 years of business experience and 4 years of relevant management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Holding a valid PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, HR and Finance domain would be a plus.
• Experience in process management tools preferred (i.e. Nimbus, ARIS).
• Total Quality Management, Six Sigma and Lean Process Management knowledge is preferred.
• Travel flexibility is required.
