QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- At least 5 years’ experience in ITSM pre sales/sales/account management role to corporate environments, preferably in US/Europe Solution Provider role
- Excellent understanding of ITIL and proven track record in implementation of ITIL compliant IT solutions (ITSM)
- Proven ability to work with sale and pre sales in implementation of ITSM service solutions
- Must have demonstrated implementation of complex IT infrastructure / Service Management Solutions
- Strong understanding of service level management, reporting and tracking and high analytical skills
- Excellent Customer Relationship skills
- Strong understanding of Statement of work (S.O.W), proof of concept (P.O.C) Frameworks
İŞ TANIMI
- We are seeking an experienced ITSM, Solution Architect, and People and Process Manager with expertise in and a passion for managing and creating ITSM support solutions in our clients and increasing customer return on investment. The potential candidate must have exceptional talents in project and people management as well as coaching skills
- The position will be responsible for the organization, development, administration, and supervision of the people, processes, and technologies, which when combined into a comprehensive plan, provides the business and technical functions needed to successfully achieve what clients expect in our Statement of Works provided by our Sales, pre sales teams
- The responsibilities of the position include,
- Serving as a primary point for all our service product portfolio and ensuring customer implementation is as expected and effectively functioning,
- Lead the corporation services delivery through efficient and effective delivery of the services and there implementation in the customer, managing all issues in order to limit impact on business,
- Enhance overall availability and performance of the environment and increase customer satisfaction. Ensure continuous improvement,
- Set clear project plans and goals for implementation effectively communicating service levels and KPI and milestones. Manage all customer expectations and operation flows. Responsible for the effective project plan and management reporting of project.
- Work with account management establishing required infrastructure, organization requirement to effectively manage account,
- Develop and build detailed statement of work together with pre-sale and ensure it effective implementation.
- All Candidate must be over 30+ years in age, males must have completed all military obligations
