Degree qualified in an Engineering or a Science discipline
Experience (at least 2 years) is required in Transmission field
Knowledge in DWDM planning and/or operations preferred
Experience in project management
Experience in budgeting and project feasibility analysis
Effective presentation skills and public speaking skills required.
Fluent in English
