• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT GRC (governance, risk, compliance) methodologies, tools and enablers 
• Experience working with both Business functions and Information Technology
• Telecomm sector experience 
• Experience in a large multinational company

 

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a PDT Governance Expert  with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting PDT Governance Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

• Ensure commercial and technology delivery roadmap activities and tasks are aligned according to Company Strategy 
• Ensure prioritizing process in place and functioning for all requests from the commercial and technology teams. 
• Develop a view over the company strategies and project portfolio to provide insight on planning to both business and technology groups. Financal  planning and budget management 
• Analyze resource availabilities and propose solutions regarding resource utilization and availability.
• Propose scenarios for efficient & effective utilization of available resources considering business priorities.
• Facilitate end to end tracibility of requirements among project phases.  Ensure the customer requirements are met in all phases of development lifecycle.
• Determine/improve KPIs for performance measuring of Project & Demand Management Processes/Tools. Analysing the results to define and plan improvement  points
• Ensure that the processes and implementations are complied with SOX, ISO27001 and internal processes. 
• Create awareness in the team and perform self-assessments. 
• Manage the risks by taking preventive and corrective actions.Manage/maintain process library 
• Develop and provide Process Trainings and support both business & technical groups. 
• Ensure that the processes are followed correctly to provide timely delivery of the projects. 
• Support project managers, business analysts and demand managers on establishing governance process and to support business groups on understanding and using the processes. 
• Analyze and document as-is and to-be governance requirements and processes, facilitate and provide guidance to both business and supplier units by establishing and maintaining an interface through proper use of analysis tools, methodology and disciplines. 
• Assure best integration of Demand and Project Management Processes/Tools. 
• Improve Technology Governance Model as a whole considering company targets and vision.
• Prepare/maintain Technology Governance Model & Calendar and train / inform / support related parties when needed.
