GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

  • Experience in marketing field (2-3 years)
  • Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, master degree is a plus
  • Multi-task management         
  • Very good analytical skills                                                 
  • Problem solving & decision making  
  • Proficiency in project management
  • Cross functional leadership attitude
  • Experience in a large multinational company is a plus
  • Strong written,verbal communication skills&inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English


İŞ TANIMI


We are seeking a Youth Segment Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting  Marketing Senior Manager-Youth Segment of  Vodafone Turkey.
 
The accountabilities of this role are:
 
 
Loyalty:
- Manage youth loyalty campaigns with agency and loyalty team, launch new campaigns 
- Manage key stakeholders to deliver on long-term youth loyalty campaigns 
VFZ Website & Magazine:
- Manage monthly Vodafone FreeZone magazine publication together with brand team and content agency
- Ensure Vodafone FreeZone website and vodafone.com.tr are updated on a daily basis and ensure a good customer experience throughout the webpages.
Experience:
- Evaluate & improve youth experience from A-Z
