• Project Manager / Team Leader
• A highly qualified engineer with at least 15 years experience in the Water Supply and Sanitation sector as a Team Leader.
• Should have excellent project management and interpersonal skills, sound experience in project management of a team composing of international and local experts.
• Familiarity with the relevant Guidelines such as FIDIC etc.
• Have no restriction to travel

İŞ TANIMI

• The aim of project is to improve the quality, reliability and sustainability of water supply and sanitation.
• The Consultant is responsible for the supervision of the construction works (water supply system, sewerage system and relevant structures). The supervision of construction works includes, but not limited with following tasks;

• Support to the review and approval technical proposal prepared by contractor
• Inspection of materials
• Supervision, inspection, measurement and control of the quality of the construction and equipment installation.
• Maintenance of record of progress
• Review of the contractors’ safety and environmental protection plans.
• Measurement and provision of required certification for work done by contractors.
• Provision of support to the Client during the Defect Liability Periods.

•  The contract is under FIDIC rules and financed by an international Fund for Development.
